Thank you for choosing Digital Umbrella Web Technologies. We aim to provide high-quality digital services and complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we follow the below Refund and Returns Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Digital Umbrella Web Technologies are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription payments
- Website design, development, or customization charges
- Hosting fees
- Digital marketing or SEO services
- Software license costs
- Domain registration or renewal charges
- Add-ons or third-party service integrations
Once services are purchased and initiated, we are unable to offer refunds, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
2. Service-Based Model
Our offerings are customized digital services, including development, design, hosting, and digital marketing, which involve time, planning, and labor. As such:
- There are no physical products to return.
- Time-based services once delivered cannot be reversed.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial usage or non-usage of services.
3. Project Cancellations
If a service or project is cancelled by the client after work has begun:
- The client is liable to pay for any work already completed.
- Deposits or upfront fees will not be refunded.
- If full payment was made in advance, we may consider issuing a partial credit for future services, subject to approval.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error:
- You must report the issue within 5 business days from the invoice date.
- Submit your dispute through the Client Portal or email us at accounts@digitalumbrellawebtechnologies.com.
- We will review the matter and respond within 7 working days.
Note: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first violates our Terms of Service and may result in service suspension and a $200 penalty.
5. Domain Names & Third-Party Licenses
- Domain names, once registered, cannot be returned or refunded.
- Fees paid to third-party service providers (e.g., SSL, hosting licenses, plugins) are governed by their individual refund policies and are non-refundable through us.
6. Exceptions (If Any)
In rare and exceptional cases, if a refund is approved at our discretion:
- It will be issued in the form of account credit only.
- Credits may be used for future services within 90 days.
- Cash refunds are not provided.
